craftsman to seven.

Owner & Joiner
Phil is a skilled joiner with 30 years’ experience. He's been running Wooden Gate Makers for over 24 years (as well has making the products). Phil has created a friendly and fun working environment and is well thought of by staff and customers.
CLAIRE KILLE
Office Manager
Claire is Phil’s sister and will be your first point of contact as well as dealing with all aspects of the office admin. Claire will always give you a warm welcome and enjoys looking after both customers and the team.
HENRY AGGAS
Workshop Manager
Henry is a skilled joiner and Phil's right hand man. Henry runs the workshop and assists with all aspects of the business.
ROB CRUSE
Senior Joiner
Rob is a skilled Joiner with many years of experience who takes a real pride in his work. Rob is assisted by his brother, Jack. They make a great team and are the second pair of siblings here.
AIDAN BLACKWELL
Senior Joiner
Aidan is a skilled Joiner who concentrates on producing our Hardwood products. Aidan also assists Henry with fitting our Gates and Doors.
JACK CRUSE
Joinery Assistant
Jack is Rob's younger brother. Jack started doing basic tasks in 2021 and is now a skilled and helpful member of the Team.
